According to Shelf Awareness, the University of Alberta Bookstore is getting a lot of mileage out of their Espresso POD machine. Beyond the numbers ("we are running flat out"), store director Todd Anderson cites positive feedback from campus customers:
The benefits of the Espresso machine have been both tangible and intangible. "The machine is a symbol of change for a lot of our professors and students," Anderson said. "They are very excited."
Expect to see the Espresso (or something like it) appear at more college bookstores in the not-too-distant future.
