• Comments with profanity, personal attacks or objectionable material will be edited or deleted. Feel free to refute someone's points or offer counter arguments, but please do not engage in name calling.
• Edited comments will be marked. The TOC staff does not secretly edit and re-post commenter material.
• If you are inserting a URL, please use Tiny URL or a similar service to shorten the link. Long addresses tend to mess up the page formatting. In some cases, the TOC staff will replace long links with Tiny URLs. These URLs will go to the same Web page(s) originally noted by the commenter.
• Please do not post in all caps.
